Shipping

Bottles of liquid alchemy are quite heavy! Until we can figure out how to make them light as a feather, we have to do our best with shipping costs. 

We use UPS for shipping because they have the best pricing for heavy packaging. 

In order to provide the best costs, the Standard Shipping UPS rates you see are a flate rate that we are using in order to give you a discount. We want to make sure our products are accessible and affordable for everyone. 

For example, if your order equals $50 or higher, we will eat the shipping cost for you. It doesn't mean the shipping is free for us. It means we are willing to eat the cost and cover your shipping fees for you. 

 

 

Until we can teleport Cauldron to your doorstep, we won't be able to be like Amazong with same day delivery. 

UPS griund comes with an estimated delivery time of 1 - 5 business days. We can not guarantee this timing, as UPS has delays and shortages. However, all shipments have tracking and you will be notified when your shipment is processed and when it is shipped out with the tracking number.

Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to process your orders. USPS delivery time does not include our processing time. All processed orders will be shipped out on business days during the week between Monday and Friday. We will not ship packages out on Saturdays or Sundays, although they may be in transit with UPS during those days.
