Cauldron Beverage Company, located next to Chicago in Northwest Indiana, was created out of a passion for the power of nature and a need for better quality drink mixers. In 2015 I was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy. I started making elixirs because the local options for high quality, healthy drink mixers were non-existent. The vinegar based elixirs were a hit with others, so I began building Cauldron with an apothecary vision in mind.
By the age of 4, I was foraging, fishing, planting and harvesting, and helping with preservation and kitchen prep. Growing up, I was taught that having random things was not as important as quality over quantity. The phrase "minimize to maximize" holds true to this day, and is even more important now in regards to our environment. Some of my most memorable, fulfilling moments in life have been spent connecting with nature, both outdoors and in the kitchen. I started mixing my own concoctions of botanicals, roots and spices to create healing teas for friends and family in 2000, around the time I became a licensed holistic healing practitioner. Fast forward many years later, finding myself creating Cauldron with the need to put an apothecary twist on mixology and recreation. I am committed to supporting an innovative lifestyle that incorporates nature's benefits for a healthier community, while sharing the best life has to offer!
